Why Pickynotes exists

Picking a Voice-of-Customer tool from Switzerland or the EU means asking questions most review sites skip. Where does the data physically live? Does the product hold up for a team working in German, French and English? What happens to your feedback archive on the day you leave?

Pickynotes covers feedback widgets, bug reporting, NPS, surveys and user research. Each review sets out the criteria behind its verdict, so you can weigh them differently than we did and still get something out of the page.

How does Pickynotes make money?
Some links to tools are affiliate links. If you start a paid plan through one, we may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. We also cover tools that run no affiliate programme at all.
How do you evaluate tools?
The criteria differ by category. Data protection weighs hosting location, processing agreements and retention. Feedback collection weighs integrations, language coverage and pricing transparency.
Who writes the reviews?
Lukas Meyer and Sophie Duval write and maintain them. Every article carries its author and the date it was published.
How current is a review?
Pricing and features move quickly, so every review shows its publication date. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Can I suggest a tool or flag a mistake?
Yes. Write to contact@alexik.com with the tool you want covered or the correction you want made.
